That is the only contact channel we operate today.

## What to use it for

- Product questions about a tool, a label, or a missing workflow
- Privacy requests about hosting logs or this policy set
- Accessibility feedback, including a page that is hard to use with a keyboard or a screen reader
- Correction requests if a page is factually wrong

## What we cannot do

We cannot recover a file you processed in your browser. The file never reached us. We cannot
reset an account, because there are no accounts. We cannot provide legal, tax, medical, or
financial advice about an output you downloaded.

## Response

We read info@trendalyzer.app. There is no advertised SLA. If your message is about a privacy or
accessibility issue, say so in the subject line.
