JSON and CSV converter
ConvertExperimentalLimited support. Verify anything critical.
JSON and CSV conversion reshapes structured records between an API-friendly object format and a row-and-column interchange format. This browser-local converter accepts an object or array of objects for JSON-to-CSV work, and treats the first CSV row as unique column headers in the reverse direction. Quoted commas, quotes, and line breaks are parsed locally, while potentially active spreadsheet formula prefixes are neutralised in generated CSV cells.

Limits
- Input is limited to 1 MB
- JSON values must be flat records
- CSV uses a comma delimiter.
Warnings
- Nested JSON values are serialized into individual cells
- generated CSV neutralises spreadsheet formula prefixes.
How to use JSON and CSV converter
Moving between APIs and spreadsheets
JSON preserves named fields and types, while CSV is intentionally flatter. Use the preview to check column order and any serialized nested values before importing the result into another system.
Spreadsheet safety
Cells beginning with formula characters can execute when opened in spreadsheet software. Generated CSV adds a leading apostrophe to risky text so a data conversion does not silently become formula execution.

Does it upload my dataset?
No. Parsing and serialization happen in the current browser tab and the tool makes no data-processing request.
