Random string and password generator

GenerateExperimentalLimited support. Verify anything critical.

A random string and password generator selects characters with rejection-sampled values from the browser's cryptographically secure random source, avoiding modulo bias. You can set the length and include lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, or a compact symbol set, or switch to a hyphenated memorable phrase assembled from a bundled local word list. Generated values are never transmitted or saved by the tool, though clipboard history and the surrounding device still matter.

How to use Random string and password generator

Prefer unique credentials

Randomness helps only when every account receives a different value. Store generated credentials in a reputable password manager instead of a document or reused pattern.

Phrase mode

The built-in word list is intentionally small for a lightweight utility. Increase the word count and use a full password-manager word list for high-value credentials.
